Corporate Responsibility Report

Overview

The report presents PFA's 2018 corporate responsibility work across responsible value creation, society, customers and employees. It highlights climate screening of the equity portfolio, TCFD-based climate reporting and implementation of the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. PFA also prioritised UN Global Goals 3, 7, 12, 13 and 17, while employee initiatives included a new health strategy and 39 per cent women in management.
