Overview

The report presents Pfizer's 2006 corporate responsibility activities across health access, patient safety, environment, governance and employees. It reports 89,000 employees worldwide and $48.4 billion in revenues for fiscal 2006. Environmental highlights include a 179,400 tCO2eq year-on-year GHG reduction, a 17 percent clean-energy share, and annual net water consumption of approximately 30 million cubic meters. Pfizer also includes a comprehensive GRI index and self-declares GRI Application Level B.
