Overview

The report presents PhoenixEarth as the Group's sustainability hub, launched publicly in December 2021, with a focus on plastic collection, recycling and circular-economy initiatives. It reports 818 210 m3 of water withdrawn and 172 342 GJ of energy consumed, alongside packaging initiatives including 96% reusable, compostable or recyclable packaging. The Group had 1 704 full-time employees at June 2022 and reported zero fatalities in its human-capital outcomes.
