Overview

The report describes Pico's 2023 ESG performance across environmental, employee and governance priorities. It reports 3,196 tonnes of total carbon emissions in its main operations, alongside 5,743,806 kWh of energy use and 22,998 m3 of water consumption. The Group had 2,563 employees and recorded zero work-related fatalities. ESG oversight is led by the Board, with day-to-day management delegated to a Sustainability Committee.
