Overview

The report presents Pico's FY2025 ESG performance across its global operations, with 2,894 employees and 3,418 tonnes of total carbon emissions. Total energy use was 6,039,433 kWh, while emissions intensity fell to 1.18 tonnes per employee in the main operations. The Group recorded zero work-related fatalities and reported 100% of employees trained. Key activities included rooftop solar expansion, environmental projects, community programmes and a formal Board-led ESG governance structure.
