Overview

The report describes PIL's 2024 fleet renewal through the delivery of two LNG dual-fuel vessels and expanded its group-wide GHG inventory to include additional Scope 3 categories, supported by independent limited assurance. It also highlights workforce development through PIL Academy, employee well-being initiatives and a 6,794-person workforce. Community programmes continued across 13 countries, alongside strengthened ESG governance, climate-risk integration and sustainable procurement practices.
