Corporate Responsibility Report

Overview

The report describes PIMCO's 2022 corporate responsibility program across sustainable investing, sustainable business, talent and community engagement. It reports $502 billion in sustainable investment assets under management, more than 3,390 employees, and approximately 15,550 employee volunteer hours. The PIMCO Foundation donated $9.3 million in 2022, while more than 2,200 colleagues volunteered over 13,000 hours with 137 charities. The report also serves as PIMCO's UN Global Compact Communication on Progress and highlights SDGs 2 and 5.
