Overview

The report presents FY25 as a year of strong financial growth, strategic acquisitions and expanded ESG disclosure. Revenue rose to £40.5m, while the Seez and Pinewood North America acquisitions strengthened the Group's AI and international platform capabilities. ESG highlights include fully renewable electricity for the main UK office, reduced single-use plastic and expanded Scope 3 emissions reporting. The Group also set a target to reduce total CO2 emissions by 10% by the end of 2027 from a 2024 base year.
