Overview

The report covers the year ended 31 March 2025 and describes the Group's environmental and social management across its Hong Kong property operations. It reports approximately 3,145,300 kg of GHG emissions, 5,685,700 kWh of electricity consumption and 33,300 m3 of water consumption. The Group sets a 15% reduction target for carbon-emission intensity and electricity consumption by fiscal year 2031/2032 against a 2018/2019 baseline, while reporting zero work-related fatalities during the year.
