Overview

The report presents PiovanGroup's 2025 voluntary consolidated sustainability reporting under ESRS, covering the Group's double materiality assessment, climate strategy, energy and GHG performance, workforce and governance. It reports 22,177 MWh of total energy consumption, a 19% renewable energy share, Scope 1 emissions of 2,864 tCO2e and Scope 3 emissions of 4,153,666 tCO2e. The Group reports 2,134 employees, joined the UN Global Compact in November 2025 and received limited assurance from Deloitte & Touche S.p.A. It also states a carbon-neutral objective for 2050.
