Overview

The report describes Pirelli's 2012 sustainability performance across its integrated economic, environmental and social reporting. Group headcount reached 37,338 employees, while total energy consumption was 13,928,940 GJ and absolute greenhouse gas emissions were 1,030,723 ton. The report also explains that historical environmental indicators were recalculated after the reporting perimeter changed. SGS Italia S.p.A. provided independent assurance over the report, including its information, graphs, tables and statements.
