Overview

The report presents Pirelli's 2015 integrated performance across financial, environmental and social dimensions. Group net sales reached euro 6,309.6 million and year-end employment totalled 36,753 people. Environmental reporting covered 13,506,565 GJ of energy, 995,889 tonnes of absolute GHG emissions and 123,000 tonnes of waste generated; the report also recorded two employee fatalities. SGS Italia provided reasonable assurance over the sustainability indicators and confirmed adherence to GRI-G4 Comprehensive.
