Corporate Sustainability Report

Overview

The report is PJT Partners' second annual Corporate Sustainability Report and highlights continued growth to 913 employees, 29% female representation on its seven-member Board, and expanded DE&I, employee development and community programs. It presents the firm's first global Scope 1, Scope 2 and business-travel Scope 3 GHG inventory for 2019-2021, conducted under the GHG Protocol and reviewed by an external auditor. The report also notes more than $4.6mm in cumulative community donations since 2020.
