Overview

The report presents PLC Group's 2022 sustainability performance across governance, environmental and social topics. The Board of Directors consisted of seven members, 42.8% women, while the Group reported 245 employees and 30.9 average training hours per employee. Scope 1 emissions were 813.92 tonnes CO2e and location-based Scope 2 emissions were 93.84 tonnes CO2e; waste generated was 277.06 tonnes, with 99% sent for recovery.
