Overview

The report presents the Group's ESG governance approach, with the Board holding overall responsibility and reviewing ESG risks, performance, goals and targets. It reports 410 MWh of energy consumption, 535 cubic meters of water consumption, and 8.0 tonnes of non-hazardous waste generated. Operational GHG emissions were 398 tons before a reported 16 tons avoided through paper recycling, resulting in 382 tons net. The Group reports 190 employees, a 33% overall female employee ratio, and zero work-related fatalities in 2021.
