Overview

The report describes the Group's first adoption of TCFD recommendations and a climate-risk assessment covering governance, strategy, risk management, and targets. It reports a three-step 2024 materiality review that identified 15 ESG issues and five issues of utmost importance. The Group reports 219 staff members at 31 December 2024, while environmental disclosures include 219,846 kWh of electricity and 1,932 cubic meters of water usage. Board-level ESG oversight is assigned to the Board of Directors, which is described as the highest governing body.
