Overview

The report presents PMW's inaugural Sustainability Statement and describes the Group's effort to embed sustainability across its operations. It establishes baseline environmental data, including total energy consumption of 10,942 GJ and location-based Scope 2 emissions of 2,352.52 tCO2e. The report also highlights a workforce of 715 employees, zero work-related fatalities and 33.33% women on the Board in FYE 2025. Sustainability oversight is assigned to the Board, supported by senior management and operational teams.
