Environmental Annual Report

Overview

The report describes the Port's FY23-24 environmental program performance across air quality and climate, aviation noise, conservation, water, PFAS, waste and wildlife hazard management. It reports a 59% reduction in diesel particulate matter to date and sets a target of 45% below 1990 levels by 2030 for PDX climate emissions. The report also records 3,045 tons of waste generated in 2023 and documents ongoing conservation-site, water-management and wildlife-hazard work.
