Overview

The report presents Porto's 2024 sustainability performance across its insurance, health, banking and services businesses. It introduced a double materiality assessment and strengthened sustainability governance through a Board advisory Sustainability Committee and related commissions. Environmental highlights include the GHG Protocol Gold Seal, 100% renewable electricity coverage through I-RECs, and continued emissions monitoring across the value chain. Social highlights include 12,458 employees, 57% women in the workforce, and expanded diversity, inclusion and community initiatives.
