Overview

The report is Porton's first ESG disclosure and covers the company's 2023 ESG performance across its controlled subsidiaries. It establishes a three-tier governance structure led by the Board of Directors' Strategy and ESG Committee, supported by an ESG Executive Committee and working teams.
