Overview

The report covers Portovesme's 2024 operations and describes the transition following the Zinc-line shutdown and the continuing Waelz operations. It reports 620 year-end employees, 748,182.53 MWh of total energy consumption, 868,264 m3 of water consumption and 153,169.14 tonnes of waste generated. Gross 2024 emissions were 169,315 tCO2eq for Scope 1, 83,107 tCO2eq for location-based Scope 2 and 348,360 tCO2eq for Scope 3. The company conducted a double materiality assessment, maintains GRI reporting and includes a limited Deloitte assurance report.
