Overview

The report presents POSCO's 2010 sustainability performance through stakeholder-informed materiality testing and a broad sustainability-management program. Environmental highlights include a 98% resource recycling rate and a company-set 9% CO2-intensity reduction goal by 2020. Social disclosures cover 16,898 employees, safety programs and social enterprises supporting disadvantaged workers. KPMG Samjong provided limited assurance using ISAE 3000 and AA1000AS.
