POSCO Report

Overview

The report presents POSCO's integrated economic, environmental and social performance for 2015, including consolidated revenue of KRW 58,192,345 million Won and a workforce of 29,724 across POSCO and seven affiliates. It reports a 9% reduction target for CO2 intensity by 2020, alongside extensive carbon-management, energy-efficiency, water, waste and biodiversity programs. Safety performance improved to zero fatalities in the combined employee and contractor total. Sustainability data was independently assured by Samil PricewaterhouseCoopers under ISAE 3000 and AA1000AS, with a separate carbon assurance report using ISAE 3410.
