Overview

The report covers the Group's 2023 retail, distribution and sports-services operations and describes Board-led ESG governance and a materiality matrix. It reports approximately 22,110 employees, zero work-related fatalities, and more than 1,500 employees participating in charity activities. Environmental disclosures include 117,725 m3 of water consumption, 472.88 tonnes of Scope 1 emissions and 51,596.40 tonnes of Scope 2 emissions. The Group also set 2023-2030 environmental targets, including a 5% reduction in electricity consumption by 2030.
