Overview

The report highlights the Group's 825 MW of installed renewable-energy capacity and AVR's prevention of more than 324,000 tonnes of CO2 emissions annually. It also describes Group-wide environmental initiatives, including more than 102,000 m3 of water saved at HK Electric's Lamma Power Station in 2016. Social and community initiatives covered employee wellbeing, health and safety, customer service, lifelong learning, and support for disadvantaged communities.
