The report describes Pret's first global carbon-footprint assessment, with 2019 and 2020 baselines of 294,374 and 147,797 tCO2e. It records a commitment to reach net zero across Scope 2 by 2030, Scope 1 by 2035 and Scope 3 by 2040. The 2021 packaging footprint covers UK packaging and reports 8,799 tonnes of total packaging and 2,239 tonnes of plastic. Community impact included more than 6 million food items donated globally, while the Coffee Fund supported 364 young farmers since 2014.
