Overview

The report describes PHP's 2025 combination with Assura, which substantially increased the portfolio and led to a reassessment of prior net-zero targets. It reports completion of net-zero developments and states that all PHP-procured building electricity came from renewable sources. The report also provides its fifth TCFD disclosure, operational emissions data and a retained CDP climate rating of B for 2024.
