Overview

The report covers PRIME's FY2022 sustainability performance across its 14 U.S. office properties and identifies 12 material topics through a stakeholder-informed materiality assessment. It reports 56,101 MWh of purchased electricity and 5,361 MWh of natural gas and diesel, alongside 22,309 tCO2e of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions. Water usage totaled 97,000 m3 across nine properties, while waste generated totaled 685 metric tons, also across nine properties. PRIME aligned its first-year climate reporting with TCFD recommendations and disclosed a sustainability governance structure led by the Board and supervised by the Audit and Risk Committee.
