Overview

The report describes PDG's 2025 sustainability progress across climate, resources, and people. It reports 2,778 tCO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 409,787 tCO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions, and zero market-based Scope 2 emissions, with 100% renewable-energy matching. It also reports 52% of waste diverted from disposal and nearly 100% of e-waste recycled. PDG's workforce grew to 473 employees, while women represented 24% of employees.
