Overview

The report presents Prosperity REIT's 2016 ESG section as prepared in accordance with the ESG Reporting Guide and says the Board is responsible for ESG strategy and report approval. It describes stakeholder surveys and interviews that ranked ESG issues from 1 to 6 to build a materiality matrix. Environmental actions include an ISO 14001-certified EMS, chiller and lighting upgrades, water-saving measures, recycling, green roofs and wind- and solar-powered lights; the report also records no data breach or privacy infringement incidents.
