Overview

The report describes the Group's 2019 ESG governance, environmental performance and workforce profile. It established an ESG working group with terms of reference delegated by the Board, and reported total GHG emissions of 6,550 tCO2 and total energy consumption of 33,140 GJ. The Group had approximately 8,800 employees and maintained ISO 9001:2008 certification for its PRC factories.
