Overview

The report records 1,902 homes completed during the year, taking the portfolio to 3,984 homes at 30 June 2021. It describes ESG governance arrangements in which Sigma PRS manages the ESG strategy and reports to the Board quarterly. The Investment Adviser also joined the UN Global Compact, while EVORA was appointed to analyse the Group's ESG performance and help direct future strategies, plans and decisions.
