Overview

The report describes the Bank's 2022 sustainability framework across sustainable finance, sustainable operations and beyond banking. It highlights the UCan digital loan, with over 70% of cashloan users identified as low income, and continued financial-literacy programmes. Operationally, electricity use was 1,056,532 kWh and water usage 6,326,100 litres, both lower than 2021. The workforce totalled 402 employees at year-end, while training averaged 6.94 man-days per employee.
