Overview

The report covers MBSS's economic, environmental and social responsibilities for 2018. It highlights 3,800,000 free man hours without lost-time injury and reports implementation of ISO 14001:2015 and achievement of its first OHSAS 18001:2007 certificate. Community initiatives included a blood drive involving 125 employees that collected 89 pouches, education support for 70 students and facilities for 100 students, and planting more than 2000 mangrove trees. Energy disclosures include 19,360.8 kWh of head-office electricity and 23.6 million liters of fleet fuel, while noting that other locations were still being calculated.
