Sustainability Report

Overview

The report presents SIMP's 2022 sustainability performance across its integrated agribusiness operations, with financial, employee, community and health & safety data covering the whole Group. It highlights a 2% reduction in GHG emissions from estate and palm oil mill operations, 99% renewable fuel in mills, and 100% reuse of milling waste. The report also records one workplace fatality and describes Board oversight of ESG impacts and material topics. It was prepared in accordance with the GRI 2021 Standards and received limited independent assurance over selected water, waste, occupational health and safety, and product safety information.
