Overview

The report presents Public Bank Group's 2023 sustainability performance across four themes, with RM53.91 billion of sustainable finance mobilised since 2020 and carbon-neutral/net-zero commitments for 2030/2050. It reports 48.8% female representation in senior management, more than one million training hours, and zero corruption incidents. Operational disclosures include 2,891 tCO2e Scope 1, 61,172 tCO2e location-based Scope 2, 23,160 tCO2e Scope 3, 96,032 MWh energy consumption and 479,193 m3 water consumption. KPMG provided limited assurance over selected Scope 1 and Scope 2 information.
