Overview

The report presents the Group's 2022 ESG performance through a Board-supported sustainability governance structure and a four-stage materiality assessment. It reports no corruption, fraud or bribery incidents during the year and identifies product quality, business ethics, waste, energy, water and human capital as material matters. The Group reports 827 employees, 32.41% female workforce representation, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 practices, FSC certification, and implemented energy and water-efficiency initiatives.
