Overview

The report describes PNHB Group's 2008 performance as an integrated water-services business, including 29 WTPs producing 691.78 million cubic metres of treated water. Group employment reached 4,188, including 73 employees in China operations. The Group entered China through an 80%-owned Sino Water subsidiary and reported a 31.94% NRW level at 31 December 2008. Its corporate responsibility coverage spans workplace, marketplace, environment and community, supported by river and educational outreach programmes.
