Overview

The report presents Nakilat's 2023 group ESG performance across its shipping fleet, non-shipping operations, joint ventures and supply chain. It reports 5,296,127 TCO2 of gross Scope 1 shipping emissions and a carbon reduction plan targeting a 25% reduction by 2030 from a 2022 baseline. Safety performance included zero work-related fatalities and an LTIF of 0.30, while the company reported 287 employees and 31 average training hours per employee. KPMG provided limited assurance over selected ESG KPIs under ISAE 3000.
