Overview

The report describes QCoal's 2023 sustainability governance, including the establishment of an ESG and Sustainability Committee responsible for ESG oversight and sustainability-risk monitoring. It reports 77 direct employees and 1,756 contractors as at 30 June 2023, alongside Scope 1 emissions of 713 kt CO 2 -e and Scope 2 emissions of 82 kt CO 2 -e. The report also highlights ongoing biodiversity, rehabilitation, community and supply-chain initiatives.
