Overview

The report presents the Group's 2017 environmental, social and governance practices under the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Appendix 27 guide. It reports 26,480.22 Tonne of carbon dioxide equivalent (tCO2e) in total GHG emissions and total energy consumption of 60,302.98 Megawatt hour (MWh). Water consumption was 728,555 Tonne, while the ESG section details hazardous and harmless waste management, employee health and safety, supplier assessment, product responsibility and anti-corruption controls. The Group had approximately 2,700 employees and all existing employees had signed declarations of conflicts of interest.
