Overview

The report covers the Group's Toys and Financial Services divisions for 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024. It assigns overall ESG responsibility to the Board and uses an ESG working team for day-to-day implementation. The 2024 resource table reports 6,060,337 kWh of electricity and 81,704 m3 of water consumption, while the emissions table reports divisional CO2 emissions of 2,838 tonnes and 56 tonnes. The report also sets a 10% carbon-emissions reduction target by 2027, alongside energy- and water-intensity targets.
