Overview

The report describes Quilter's 2021 transformation into a simpler UK-focused wealth manager after the sale of Quilter International and completion of its platform programme. Its responsible wealth manager framework is structured around financial wellbeing, climate action, social impact and inclusive growth, with a target to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 80% by 2030 from a 2020 baseline. Operational emissions were 2,520 tCO2e, while ESG integration expanded across advice, platforms and investment processes. The Board retained ultimate responsibility for environmental and social matters and delegated oversight to a Board committee.
