Overview

The report is Rackspace Technology's first comprehensive ESG disclosure, organized around social, environmental and governance priorities. It describes a company-wide GHG inventory covering Scope 1, Scope 2 and partial Scope 3, reports 2020 Scope 1 and location- and market-based Scope 2 emissions, and records a commitment to net-zero carbon emissions by 2045. It also highlights the ESG Steering Committee, Executive ESG Committee and Board oversight of ESG initiatives.
