Overview

The report describes Radiall's 2024 sustainability booklet through four initiatives: innovation, environment, empowerment and community. It reports Group GHG emissions of 55,849 tCO2e and a 7% annual reduction target for carbon intensity of turnover covering upstream Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions. Environmental highlights include 100% recycled gold purchased and used internally and closed-loop water treatment at Shanghai and Centr'Alp. Social initiatives included 101 Healthy Together initiatives, 84% anti-corruption training participation among connected employees, and 172 interns and work-study students welcomed in 2024.
