Annual Report

The report describes how the RAG-Stiftung launched a new investment strategy and increased an exchangeable bond transaction to EUR 600 million. It reports almost EUR 4.5 million of support for education, science and culture projects in 2014, spanning mining heritage, training and regional transition. The foundation reported 14 employees at year-end and no occupational accidents during the reporting period. Its provision for perpetual obligations reached EUR 4,114.7 million, supporting the planned financing responsibilities beginning in 2019.
