Overview

The report describes RBI's 2012 sustainability approach through three pillars: responsible banker, fair partner and dedicated corporate citizen. It reports that RBI signed the UN Global Compact and documented progress annually. RBI also states that its Vienna environmental systems had been certified to ISO 14001 since 1998 and that it voluntarily disclosed CO2 emissions through CDP, placing third among participating Austrian companies in 2012.
