Overview

The report presents the company's 2025 ESG management across its property development, property management, investment, project management and healthcare operations in China. The Board is identified as ultimately responsible for ESG oversight, supported by a sustainability committee and ESG working group, while the company reports support for TCFD recommendations. Environmental KPIs include 131 Tons of CO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 15,354 Tons of CO2e of Scope 2 emissions, 27,431,217 kWh of total energy consumption and 1,632,092 M3 of water consumption. The report also records 1,857 employees, 46% female employees, no work-related fatalities over the past three years and no corruption or bribery-related non-compliance cases during the reporting period.
