Overview

The report presents Regal REIT's sixth standalone ESG report covering nine Hong Kong hotels and 2021 environmental performance. It reports total GHG emissions of 32,937 tonnes CO2e, total energy consumption of 294,364 GJ and total water consumption of 580,188 m3. The Hotel Manager set a 15% reduction in GHG emissions intensity by 2035 from a 2018 baseline and carbon neutrality by 2050. Social responsibility highlights included 286 employee volunteer hours and HK$656,500 in donations and sponsorship.
