Overview

The report describes Regal REIT's 2023 environmental performance across its nine Hong Kong hotels, including 87,656 MWh of total energy consumption, 673,306 m3 of water consumption, and 34,506 tonnes CO2e of total GHG emissions. It sets a 2030 target to reduce Scope 1 and 2 GHG emission intensity by at least 20% from a 2023 baseline. The hotels received EarthCheck Gold or Silver Benchmarking Certifications during the year.
